Description
The Ultimate "Kouan" Spring Experience “Kouan” is one of Japan’s most iconic lakeside campgrounds. We offer an exclusive, hassle-free plan that lets you enjoy the crackle of a campfire, outdoor cooking, and the magic of spring beneath Mt. Fuji—with no camping gear required. Simply arrive and step into your once-in-a-lifetime cherry blossom dream. While many visit Mt. Fuji for a quick photo, the true magic lies in staying at its feet. At dawn, witness the breathtaking "Diamond Fuji" as the sun rises over the peak, illuminating the lakeside sakura. By night, the star-filled sky over Lake Motosu creates a serene, picture-perfect masterpiece. This legendary site is famous for more than its beauty—it is the exact view depicted on Japan’s 1,000-yen banknote and a "sacred pilgrimage" for fans of the hit anime "Laid-Back Camp" (Yuru Camp△). Here, you can recreate your favorite scenes and savor a steaming bowl of curry noodles, just like the characters. From mid to late April, Lake Motosu bursts into bloom. Your campsite is just a five-minute drive from the world-famous Fuji Shibazakura Festival, where vast carpets of pink blossoms celebrate the peak of spring. We promise an extraordinary journey—an unforgettable escape beneath the cherry blossoms, immersed in the timeless beauty of Mt. Fuji.
