[Kouan/Car stay] Mt. Fuji with Lake View Camping / Travel freely and easily in a campervan

One of the best known lakeside camping site in Japan is this “Kouan”. Although everyone knows that visiting Mount Fuji is to take a picture or to climb up, we strongly propose you to enjoy camping under Mt.Fuji. In the early morning, you can feel the rest of nature silence and Sunshine will come to you like diamond on the top of Mt.Fuji. Furthermore, during the night time, you will find nothing but astonishing nature scene around the Lake Motosu with Mt. Fuji in cloudless weather a amazing starry sky. This Kouan campground is also famous as the location of Mt. Fuji and the lake that are printed on the Japanese previous banknote “1,000 yen”. And it is also famous as real-anime place of “Yurucamp△ (Laid-back camping)” where Rin and Nadeshiko met for the first time on Ep01. They ate Curry noodle infront of the lake and finally find Mt.Fuji. (You can have the same experience if you buy Curry noodle in Kouan’s reception) We promise you to deliver a unique and fantastic experience that others haven’t tried on their typical trips.

• Campers can enter the lakeside area, but the size is Overall length 4.98 m x overall width 1.92 m x overall height 2.73 m.
• The showers are available 24 hours a day, and the toilets are always clean. Depending on the time of day, you can also use the bath in the management building for an additional fee.
• The sight of Mount Fuji at sunrise is absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend waking up early, brewing some coffee, and taking in the view.
• You can visit a viewpoint where you can see the image of Mount Fuji that is depicted on the back of the old 5,000 yen and current 1,000 yen notes.
• The campsite is famous as a location in the anime “Yuru Camp△“. You can also purchase “Yuru Camp△” merchandise at the campsite’s management building.
• There are various activities available, including canoeing, lure fishing, and climbing the nearby Mount Ryu.
